For a medical or safety emergency call 911. For a property emergency (no heat, significant water leak, etc.) please call (866) 726-9585. Please explain your request to the on-call receptionist and someone from our maintenance staff will contact you as soon as possible. Please submit all non-emergency requests through the tenant portal or by calling our office at (616) 214-8375.
